Do you find it hard to get out of bed in the morning? There are times when you just don’t have the will to face the day, and it’s totally understandable. After all, the daily grind can definitely bring you down. But here’s a little tip that might get you jumping out of bed, ready to face the day with zest.
When your alarm clock goes off, don’t hit the snooze button. Instead, use the few minutes you would normally fall back to sleep to think about something nice that you can do for yourself that day. Want to take an extra long bubble bath as you drink a glass of champagne? Time to get that full body massage you’ve been aching for? Looking forward to your BOTOX treatment? Whatever it is you want to do, plan to do it that day. You’ll start to feel excited, which will make you want to get out of bed without a problem. You’ll want to face the day just so that you can get closer to doing that nice thing you’ve planned for yourself.
And make sure you set aside time in your day to actually do it, or else this little trick won’t work tomorrow.
