Ideal Protein Double Chocolate Pancakes

These delicious hot cakes will make it hard to remember that you’re even on a diet, and you can choose to be versatile with the toppings that you would like! 

What you’ll need (yields two pancakes): 

Start by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl, with the exception of the Pam, Ideal protein Maple Syrup, and the Chocolate Soy Puffs. Mix thoroughly until the batter reaches a smooth consistency, so that your pancakes carry the same texture throughout the entire thing. 

Then, spray your Pam in your skillet and set your stove top to a medium heat. Pour the mix into the skillet in your desired pancake portion. As it cooks, break the Ideal Protein Chocolate Soy Puffs into little pieces similar in size to chocolate chips and sprinkle over the pancake to add an extra burst of chocolate. 

Dress with Ideal Protein’s delicious maple syrup and garnish with blueberries, or any other toppings that you love! Serve and enjoy!
