You’re committed to keeping your leaner body after CoolSculpting, so you religiously hit the gym or go for a run before work almost everyday. You may even get your workout in during lunch. But here’s the problem: you don’t have time for a nice relaxing shower afterward. This leaves your hair a frizzy mess that can’t be controlled. You have just enough time to wipe yourself down, but no time to spend precious minutes on fixing your hair to make it presentable.

Here’s the solution:

  1. Keep your hair tamed with a dry shampoo, applied BEFORE your workout.
  2. Keep your hair tied up and away from your face during your workout.

First, apply a dry shampoo along your hairline. Then, gather all of your hair and put it into a high ponytail or topknot. Finish with an absorbent headband to soak up any sweat. That will minimize the amount of sweat and moisture that leads to the frizzies.

Once you’re done with your workout, undo your topknot and take off your headband. Spritz some leave-in conditioner on your hair, then blow-dry. Chances are, this will be enough to get your hair under control, but if it’s not, you can always apply a bit of hair balm or hair serum to finish it off.

And now, you have no reason to skip that lunch hour workout!
