  • Do not wash your hair everyday because it strips the natural oils and will dry it out. Try every three days.
  • When you do shower use your shampoo sparingly and make sure to condition.
  • Try to use sulfate free shampoos and don’t use the same one all the time. Mix it up as you hair can grow accustomed to the same shampoo.
  • Go easy with your brush. Try to use natural bristle brushes and don’t over brush.
  • Let you hair dry naturally as much as possible as hair dryers on high heat can damage hair.
  • Give your hair a good treatment once a week.
