- Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. This piece of advice isn’t just to help you lose weight, it’s also to adequately prepare your body for the treatment. By providing your body with nutritious food, you’ll be able to recover faster because your body will be ready for what it needs to do.
- Avoid vitamins and supplements that would increase your rate of bruising before and after your treatment. Some patients experience bruising with CoolSculpting®. To minimize this risk, you should avoid anything that would thin the blood, such as aspirin, fish oil and vitamin E. Doing this will also help you recover faster from your sessions.
