How to slow thinning hair

Hair loss can be upsetting and stressful for men and women. While genetics is often the main culprit, hair loss and thinning hair may also be caused from how you treat your locks and your scalp. Laser hair restoration is a great way to reverse thinning hair, and the following tips can also help:

1. Change your hairstyle. If you keep the same hairstyle, and in particular, the same hair part, gravity and the constant pull of your styling habits will take their toll. Your hair part will get more pronounced. Switch up your part to prevent this from happening.

3. Exfoliate and massage your scalp. Exfoliation and massage are great ways to improve circulation to your scalp, which in turn, promotes hair growth. It also helps eliminate clogging dirt and debris so that your strands are freer to grow. When doing this, just make sure to avoid being too rough to your hair and scalp, as this can actually make you lose hair.
