Friday inspiration: make a goal, not a wish

 

Research shows that when you make a clear goal with a defined timeline, it will motivate you better than if you just have a “wish” without any definite plan to accomplish it.

So, if you’ve set a goal, make sure you also create a plan on how you intend to achieve it. Break it down into smaller, more achievable goals with deadlines for each. Do this, and by next year, you’ll have done it!
