Benefits of Regular Physical Activity

We’re well into 2018 and if you follow the route most traveled like many, you likely made some sort of New Year’s resolution at the stroke of midnight to lose weight and to exercise more, among a laundry list of other things.

You probably already know where I’m going with this now… Have you KEPT those exercise resolutions or have you fallen off the wagon with style? Many times the sexy call of warm spring and summer weather could and should motivate us to walk a little bit more or take those stairs instead of the elevator to the second floor… Sadly it does not — especially with this freak winter-like weather.

It’s time to get back into it and start including regular physical activity in your daily life. It’s not too late to get into shape for the summer if you get that rear into gear right now!
