I am still in shock, things like this don't happen to me.Turning 50 was really depressing for me. With my daughter stating 50 is the new 30 mom and this make over from Skin Vitality I am looking at life in a new light. I woke up a 4:00 am the day I had to be in Ajax it was snowing and I wanted to be on time we live 3 hours away. My husband who is a transport driver drove due to the level of stress I was experiencing .I didn't wash my hair or wear make-up. I felt like grub and was embarrassed when I got to the Ajax location. Did I also mention I felt sick also? By the time I was finished meeting everyone and going through different assessments I was really excited. Lori Pollock was excellent and my husband was able to going through the process with me. My husband asked about different procedures for him I was shocked.We left the Ajax location of Skin Vitality feeling the happiest I have in years. I am so excited. I can't thank you enough for choosing me.Looking forward to the next year and all the people I will get to meet along the way.

Just arrived home after my first treatment at Skin Vitality, I feel wonderful. I was really nervous, I think I was still in shock winning the contest. The shock is now gone replaced with excitement and happiness. Amanda made my first treatment very relaxing and informative. There was no discomfort or pain I felt so relaxed I had a hard time driving home.My face got red off and on throughout the first several hours and a few hot flashes but that was all. I stopped and bought a mirror x15. All I want to do is look at my face it looks really cool actually with my new mirror. Can't wait for my next treatment the staff seemed just as excited as I am.

Yesterday my sister and I went to my appointment, I needed to change the time I was glad it wasn't a problem. My sister thought the Ajax location was very nice but she found it very cold. My tech Andrea was very friendly and I enjoyed my time with her. I am very excited about my makeover and it seems like such good timing to showcase your clinics.

Good Day!

I had my 3rd visit to Ajax, it just keeps getting better. I received my 2nd foto facial pf pro and skin tightening. Kirstin was excellent, she explained continuously throughout my treatments differences in treatments and what to expect. I can notice a difference in my skin and eyes. Today a woman, some I just met, commented on my skin. what a great feeling. I tell everyone everyday about the contest even if I don't know them. They are so excited for me it is such a great feeling to see women perk right and start getting excited for you.

April 25th

 

I had my second chemical peel on Thursday. Today I'm still red and peeling I found it a little uncomfortable throughout the weekend. I realize this is to be expected and part of the process to get great looking skin.

May 6th

 

I had my injections visit with Lori and Susanne on Friday. I left that visit on top of the world, I felt great and excited about my makeover it really hit me, I did win the makeover. The procedure was a bit uncomfortable but very tolerable.

 

I had swelling and a bit of bruising but cover up fixed it. Lori made me feel so great and I truly felt she was sincere and she had not been scripted on what to say while she performed my procedures. What this makeover is doing for my self-esteem and confidence is hard to put in words. I feel happy and I haven't felt like this in a very long time.

May 11th

 

I wanted to give my fraxel(skin resurfacing) treatment time to heal before I wrote this weeks blog. All I have to say is OMG!!!! what a difference. I love the way my skin looks, I describe it to my friends as sand blasting your face. It's not as painful as it sounds but the healing time can be a whee bit scary. I have decided to have another fraxel treatment done in the summer. I am so excited about EVERYTHING skin vitality is doing for me as a makeover winner.I checked out fredas.com for the clothes we get to wear,I have lived in scrubs for the last 15 years of my life so I feel like a little kid at Christmas waiting for the big day. Thanks so much for choosing me as one of the makeover winners you have no idea what is has done for me emotionally, mentally and physically.

I can't believe how fast this summer has gone.It has been 3 months since my last treatment and Reveal Party. I still get comments on my skin and eyes. I was nervous about the summer because I love the sun, but I carried my sun screen for my face everywhere.Winning this makeover from Skin Vitality has changed the way I think about myself. It made me realize I'm in a new stage of my life, this stage you want to be healthy and really look good (for your age) (I can't believe I said that) But I do look good, and it is because of SKIN VITALITY.

 

I do plan on continuing with different treatments especially fraxel (skin resurfacing).Thank you again to everyone involved with this experience, it has truly changed my life .I wake up every morning and say LIFE IS GOOD.
