Dr. Lori Martyn graduated from Queens University and has been a practicing physician for over 19 years. After working as an Emergency Room Physician and Operating Assistant, Dr. Martyn turned to family practice, developing an interest in minor surgical, cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. She currently specializes in anti-aging treatments including cosmetic injectable treatments, chemical peels, sclerotherapy and minor surgical procedures such as mole and wart removal. Dr. Martyn has received extensive training in injectable techniques with Allergan. She has also received injection technique training with vascular surgeon Dr. David Szalay, along with training from Medicis, Canderm, and MD Medical. She is fully certified in Mesotherapy (fat reduction injections), medical grade Chemical Peels (Vivier) and many photo facial and skin rejuvenation procedures. She is an active member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, The Canadian Medical Association, and the Ontario Medical Association.

Dr. Turley is an independent Plastic Surgeon, Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, who practices at Credit Valley Hospital Mississauga. Lori Pollock is one of the most recognized nurses in Canada, specializing in injectable fillers. She is also Skin Vitality Medical Clinic's patient consultant. Lori graduated in 1986 from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As the former technical consultant of Q-Med Canada Inc, she has achieved a level of technical expertise that allows her to train Plastic Surgeons, General Practitioners, Dermatologists and Nurses from around the world on injection techniques. Lori is certified as a BOTOX® trainer in both Canada and the U.S. She provides training for injectable fillers, BOTOX® , laser procedures, and peels. As a member of the Registered Nurses Association Of Ontario, the College of Nurses of Ontario, and a former member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses, she has made television appearances on CHTV and CTV, where she discussed the growth in popularity of injectables in Canada, and assisted with an injection during a live broadcast. She has also appeared on CBC's the Gill Deacon Show and on the radio, she was interviewed on 1050 Chum.

Barb is one of Skin Vitality's highly qualified registered nurses with over 40 years of experience in the medical field. Her experience includes community nursing and disability nursing. She is also certified in Occupational Health Nursing. Approximately 10 years ago Barb was introduced to the field of medical aesthetics and since that time, she has completed a number of professional medical courses to enhance her expertise. Having obtained advanced certification in BOTOX® Cosmetic and dermal filler injection techniques, she is able to effectively target your age-related concerns with a gentle and artistic touch. Over the years, Barb has become recognized by patients and colleagues alike as one of the highest skilled injectors in southwestern Ontario. She is a member of the Ontario College of Nurses and the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario.

Andra Bogolea graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Nursing. She is currently a member of College of Nursing of Ontario and Registered Nursing Association of Ontario. During her studies, she practiced in some of the most renowned hospitals in Toronto, such as Princess Margaret, St. John's Rehab and Western. After extensive training with Allergan, Andra learned the newest techniques in injecting fillers and Botox. Mastering these techniques started her lifelong passion for aesthetic injections.

Based in Missisauga Ontario, Canada , Ndirika Ozueh is a devoted Registered Practical Nurse and a current member of CNO. Her work experience includes a variety of environments, namely long term care, hospitals, and community care. Ndirika's passion is aesthetic injections, with the sincere goal of helping you look ten years younger without surgery. She is well experienced with various injectables as well as other non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as laser skin treatments. Her knowledge and passion is expressed through her work, and she relishes in overall patient satisfaction. Ndirika believes that every woman deserves to look and feel good. She specializes in facial contouring and rejuvenation using innovative injectibles and skin care procedures. Angie uses her technique and experiences to educate physicians and fellow nurses in the use of various injectible fillers.

Melissa Cardoza graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science Nursing with Honours. Melissa has traveled to Arizona to work in Critical Care at one of the most recognized and distinguished hospitals in the United States, UMC (University Medical Centre). Melissa decided to focus her talents on Cosmetic Injections and received extensive training in the States. Once returning to Canada, Melissa fine tuned her skills by attending many workshops offered by Allergan, Canderm & Manon Duval Medical. At Skin Vitality Melissa is a Medical Consultant that specializes in Cosmetic Injections. Melissa is also a proud member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, The College of Nurses of Ontario, The Arizona State board of Nursing and the Florida Board of Nursing. She has certificates in BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and Critical Care Nursing.

Narda Williams, RN

Narda Williams graduated from the nursing program from Humber College in 2000. Immediately, Narda started at the Toronto General Hospital in the Peritoneal Dialysis unit. She became certified as PD Nurse gaining lots of experience working with patients who had experienced kidney failure. Narda began to develop an interest in organ transplants and transferred to the organ trasplant unit at Toronto General Hospital then went on to areas such as Beriatic Nursing, Geriatric and Community Nursing.
Narda found that women don't mind getting older; but what they don't want is to look older. As a result, she began to feel compelled to help women look their best at any age and started performing cosmetic injectable procedures. Narda has recieved training from Allergan. She loves to create results that are natural looking --addressing multiple signs of aging on the whole face.

Val McCutcheon, RN

Val McCutcheon graduated Nursing in 1995 and is currently a member of the College of Nurses. Val was certified in Occupational Health Nursing in 2005 and has experience in psychiatric nursing, community nursing and disability management. Val is very excited about the art of Cosmetic Nursing and has received extensive training from Allergan in smoothing injections and purified soluble proteins. She believes that “a little improvement goes a long way” and shares her excitement and information about the latest techniques and technology with her patients.

Emily graduated Nursing in 2003 and is currently a member of the College of Nurses. She specialized in emergency nursing and has certification in BCLS and ACLS. Emily has received extensive training from Allergan and has an admirable ability to help patients feel comfortable and at ease. She is informative, caring, gentle, understanding and highly professional. Her strength is the Soft Lift™, a procedure that helps our patients look 10 years younger in less than one hour. Emily is a master at assisting patients in achieving their optimal level of confidence and beauty.

Donna Prymok

Donna Prymok
Donna Prymok is an honors graduate from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. Donna is a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner and a Registered Orthomolecular Holistic Practitioner. She belongs to the Certified Nutritional Practitioners Council of Canada and the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants. She is also a Certified Trainer with the Canadia Association of Fitness Professionals of Canada. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. As a former educator for the Durham Catholic School Board, Donna has observed the importance of keeping a healthy lifestyle for both students and herself.

Her passion lies in teaching clients that good nutrition is the key to good health. Donna’s goal is to make a difference in the lives of others by educating them in the importance of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
